AD, Thought Leader Liaison - Radioligand Therapy - West - REMOTE

Overview

Join Novartis as an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Radioligand Therapy. The TLL is a customer-facing role within Marketing responsible for engaging and building productive relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs), other key influencers, and associated organizations / institutions within the Radioligand Therapy (RLT) therapeutic area. This position curates advocacy and support, contributes to HCP education delivery and effectiveness, and gathers and shares insights from the Thought Leader community within the assigned geographic area.

Location and travel

Location : Western half of the US; remote-based with up to 80% travel. Must reside within the West territory. No relocation is offered. Work hours and travel are defined by the hiring manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate advocacy for respective brand(s), RLT and / or organizations by engaging TLs using approved materials; coordinate and facilitate engagements between TLs and cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Peer education, Medical Affairs); and serve as a primary contact between TLs and the organization.
• Educate and align TLs to Strategic Imperatives; partner with Education Delivery Team and Medical Affairs to contribute to HCP education through speaker nomination and readiness based on TL knowledge and relationships.
• Moderate or serve as faculty for educational activities (e.g., Peer Exchange).
• Identify and execute educational activities / opportunities (e.g., Product Theaters); gather TL observations / insights and triage them to appropriate functions to inform commercial strategy and decisions.
• Coordinate national / regional conferences, state society meetings, and patient advocacy events (as appropriate), with a focus on urology-related events.
• Align across Novartis to deliver a cohesive customer experience during TL interactions and events.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $145,600 and $270,400 per year. Final offer depends on relevant skills and experience; compensation includes performance-based incentives and eligibility for annual equity awards where applicable.
