About the Role
As a Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for successfully delivering procurement, contracting and key commercial activities on a large mine site in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Key accountabilities of the role include :
- Forging collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the businesses to deliver key contracts and projects
- Preparing and responding to commercial matters by way of contract resolution, commercial frameworks and deciding the best commercial outcomes for the business
- Partnering with internal legal teams to provide contract advice and negotiate the best outcomes for the business
- Facilitating training and guiding key business stakeholder's compliance to commercial frameworks and processes
- Drafting business reports and contracts for final execution, including reviewing administrator work for final approval
- Taking part in evaluation meetings for tender negotiations to provide final award recommendations
- Delivering business and process improvement initiatives
- Providing mentoring, guidance and knowledge to the team

About You
To be successful in this role you will need :
- At least 2 years in a similar role, with exposure to end-to-end procurement and contracts functions
- The ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes and provide procurement and contract support including tenders and contract execution
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
