Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, primarily in the multifamily and commercial sectors, including hospitals and hotels. This position plays a crucial role in the bidding process and project planning, ensuring projects are financially viable and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for multifamily and commercial construction projects.
• Review project plans and specifications to understand scope and requirements.
• Conduct take-offs to calculate material and labor costs.
• Prepare and submit bids for projects, ensuring competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to refine estimates and address any project changes.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and procurement.
• Analyze past projects to improve future estimating processes and accuracy.
