Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in civil engineering Master’s degree preferred 6+ years of design experience for a variety of projects (site development, municipal roadway, utility projects) PE License Knowledge of stormwater management design / permitting regulations Knowledge of municipal utility design (sanitary sewer and water main) Team management experience preferred Proficient with Autodesk Civil3D, hydrology and hydraulic software

Reputable firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer / Project Manager to their Minneapolis office!
Responsibilities :
- Project engineering / management duties (project oversight, set priorities / develop objectives, financial management, project design)
- Provide technical guidance to site civil team
- Project engineering / management
- Mentor / train junior staff
- Business development duties (proposal preparation, project interviews / presentations, client management)
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Participate in professional organizations
- Communicate with clients / internal teams
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
