Privacy Counsel

A company is looking for a Product Counsel (Privacy, Integrity & Content Safety).

Key Responsibilities

Support privacy, integrity, and content safety initiatives for messaging and monetization platforms

Lead privacy and data protection reviews for new product launches, ensuring compliance with GDPR and global privacy frameworks

Provide strategic legal advice to product and engineering teams on privacy, integrity, and content safety initiatives

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in at least one US state bar

Extensive product counseling experience at a technology company, with hands-on work applying GDPR and global privacy frameworks

Strong understanding of privacy, integrity, and content safety issues in the context of messaging and monetization platforms

Prior experience working in large tech environments is highly preferred

Ability to work PST hours
