Senior Solutions Architect Lead

The salary range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00. This range reflects our good faith belief regarding the salary for this role at the time of posting. Your final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, certifications, and more. This position also qualifies for annual bonus incentives .

In this hands-on leadership role, you will :

• Provide technical leadership and facilitate analysis and design across various business and technical domains.
• Collaborate with the chief architect to develop and implement Synergie's solution architecture strategy.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative healthcare business applications.
• Define technical requirements for strategic projects, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards.
• Guide cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Craft architectural solutions, develop prototypes, and drive Agile-based software delivery.
• Explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches through proofs of concept.

Your responsibilities will include :

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience : A minimum of 10 years in IT or software development, including enterprise architecture, system design, and technical team leadership.

Key Skills and Abilities :

This role does not encompass revenue responsibility but requires budget responsibility for financial justifications and cost-benefit analyses.
