Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Specialist to provide technical support for Training Support Center operations at Greencove Springs, FL. The IT Specialist will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize hardware, software, and network systems to support Army training and simulation operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to TSC personnel and instructors.
• Ensure IT systems supporting TADSS and training operations remain operational and secure.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and system updates.
• Collaborate with operational staff to integrate IT support into training exercises.
• Support cybersecurity protocols and maintain compliance with Army IT standards.
