Personal Injury Case Manager

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Virtual Assistant / Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptly

Obtain evidence, documents, medical records, and medical bills related to clients' cases

Organize and maintain electronic case files within the company's software / case management system

Required Qualifications :

At least 2 years of Personal Injury experience

Bilingual (English / Spanish) required

Experience with Case Management Software

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent customer service attitude in fast-paced environments
