REQUIREMENTS

• Partner level Labor and Employment experience, including the ability to run files and manage clients and carrier relationships.
• Excellent references and a record of job stability.
• Member of the California bar in good standing.

KF offers competitive base compensation from $250,000 - $350,000 plus discretionary and hours based bonuses.
