Differentials : Nights +$4.25 / hr, Weekends +$3 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $20,000

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Float Pool RN (Medical-Surgical) to provide patient-centered care across multiple units in an acute care setting. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while floating between different medical-surgical teams.

Available Shifts :

Nights : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide compassionate, high-quality care across diverse med-surg units.

Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.

Adapt quickly to different unit workflows and patient populations.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Serve as a patient and family advocate, upholding confidentiality and hospital standards.

Important Notes :

Candidates must live within a commutable distance (under 60 minutes).

Must be comfortable with a 7 : 1 nurse-to-patient ratio.

In-person interview required (includes shadowing, facility tour, and administrative interview).

Qualifications

1+ years of recent acute care med-surg RN experience required.

Must be flexible and comfortable floating to multiple units.

Active Florida RN license or multistate compact eligibility.

BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

AHCA Level 2 background screening & fingerprinting required.

RN candidates with 3+ years of experience and a compact license must apply for a Florida license.
