• Act as a trusted advisor and technical thought leader for clients and internal teams.
• Lead strategic technical direction, mentoring and upskilling peers and client teams.
• Solve complex software problems with innovative and scalable solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Promote software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, Test Automation, TDD, and CI / CD.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT to solve business problems.
