Job Description:
This Is Voice is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting administrative tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data in the company database, spreadsheets, and other records.
- Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring data is easily accessible.
- Assist with generating reports from entered data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Follow data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Support additional administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and documentation, as requested by management.
- Perform regular data quality checks to uphold data integrity.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in data entry or office administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow data entry protocols.
