• Compensation : - Salary starting at $250,000 and increases based on experience- Productivity metrics as well to boost total earnings- Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for those outside the service area- $10,000 stipend offered to those in a leadership role

We're looking for providers who are inspired by our mission and ready to help us grow our practice to better meet our community's needs!DETAILS : - Will be the direct supervisor of all FM physicians and APPs- We're seeking candidates committed to building roots and integrating into the local community- Requires experience in leadership at some level- Lead the Care Team in medical decision-making; provides supervision / collaboration to NPs and PAs- Perform minor surgical procedures- Generate referrals for patients requiring services outside the scope of direct primary care- 4-day workweek with one dedicated admin day- 1 Saturday rotation a month and very rare on-call responsibilities- Leadership and APP supervision experience required
