POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
We are currently seeking a General Manager for our Cambridge location. The General Manager is a senior leader in the club contributing to the club and companies’ overall success and strategy. QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to cultivate and lead a positive, team-centered work environment that delivers company goals.Successful track record of hiring, training, and developing high quality staff and managers who can reach their full potential.Committed to an efficient business whereby day-to-day operations run smoothly, company-wide policies are followed consistently throughout the club and amongst staff, and problems are resolved in an effective and timely manner.Exceptional leadership skills that create a customer service culture, wholly committed to listening to members and guests, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.Passionate about creating impactful relationships with members to enhance their sense of belonging while addressing member issues proactively and in a timely, professional manner.Successful track record managing the membership department to ensure that the new member prospecting, inquiry and sales systems and processes are effective in generating leads, creating new members and hitting membership goals.Experience managing ancillary service programs (Personal Training, Massage Therapy, and HWX Classes) and ensure that the programs are safe, provide quality experiences for members, meeting members’ expectations, and achieving revenue goals.Detail oriented leader who will evaluate and continuously improve operations, programming, and financial performance by interacting with members and staff, analyzing key metrics and data, and managing expenses.Passion about developing relationships and partnerships with key companies and community stakeholdersKEY REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have proven leadership ability in a premium fitness, retail or hospitality setting with 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service business with a successful track record in reaching KPIs.Current CPR / AED certification - training offered internally.OTHER KEY FACTORS
Strong Organizational Skills and fluency with club operating objectivesUnderstanding revenue goals and managing targets over $800,000.00 per monthExperiencing directly managing targets and their own reportingMembership Sales or larger retail experienceExperience managing 3-5 Full-Time Managers that oversee 50+ team members.Experience in a professional fitness environment preferred (instructor, manager, trainer, etc.)Superior customer service, client retention and satisfactionOUR COMMITMENT
