Salary : $120,000 – $165,000 (based on experience)

We are actively seeking an experienced Marine Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex waterfront and underwater infrastructure projects. This is a key role with a respected contractor, offering long-term opportunity and competitive compensation.

Requirements :

Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in marine construction

Background managing docks, bridges, seawalls, or underwater projects

Ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and field crews

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of marine construction projects from start to finish

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

Coordinate with engineers, clients, and field teams

Maintain project documentation and reports
