Outpatient Pediatric Triage Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Outpatient Pediatric Nurse to join our clinical care team. The ideal candidate brings strong pediatric experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred to support our bilingual families.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments, administer vaccines and medications in an overflow capacity
• Generate, update, and maintain individualized patient care plans
• Perform phone and MyChart triage, including assessing symptoms, addressing parent concerns, and routing messages appropriately
• Manage medication refill requests and prior authorizations
• Assist with the completion of patient-requested paperwork, including school forms, letters, and Family Medical Leave documentation

The position would be mainly on-site, but hybrid schedule possible after on-boarding and demonstration of required skills.
