Summary

The Maintenance Technician can identify and diagnose problems quickly and perform the necessary steps to correct the problem. This person has diverse and strong maintenance skills, great customer service, and strong verbal communication skills.

Essential Functions

Conduct routine general maintenance procedures at property(ies).

• Diagnose & perform minor and routine maintenance / repair in a timely and professional manner.
• Pick up debris around community.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment in good working order.
• Assists with other assigned projects.
• Non-essential duties include other job-related duties as assigned.

Basic skill sets for general upkeep of property(ies), including, but not limited to :

Education Required - High School Diploma or GED.

Experience Required - Maintenance – 2 years
