Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Black Bear Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
This position is part-time with a Monday - Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank and credit card reconciliations, and payroll
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Support daily office operations and handle other administrative duties as assigned
- Prepare and manage reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Data entry and recordkeeping
