Position Overview :

The Director of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence leads the development, automation, and enhancement of data reporting systems supporting clinical quality, access, utilization, and financial performance. This role aligns data strategies with the company’s mission to improve community health, delivering actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. As the organization’s lead data expert, the DDABI collaborates with stakeholders to create effective dashboards, visualizations, and tools that promote data-driven culture and usability across the company.

Top Skills :

• 5 + years in healthcare data analytics and / or business intelligence
• 3+ years in healthcare quality metrics and Epic reporting systems (Clarity, Caboodle)
• Advanced hands on experience with T-SQL and Python
• Certifications : Epic Cogito, Clarity, and / or Caboodle (m ust meet Epic pre-assessment criteria if certifications are expired )
• High school diploma
