Summary / Objective The Maintenance Technician will provide direct support to the Clark Beverage Group Operations Team by repairing, maintaining, and improving automation equipment.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities : Understand and follow all safety requirements.
(JSA, LOTO etc.) Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
(5S) Perform preventative maintenance / repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment (Vertique).
Observes and receives training, instruction, and guidance on various mechanical and process operations.
Understand / participate in FMEA (failure mode and effective analysis) Complete Work Orders in a timely manner and report / complete any required documentation.
Troubleshoot and repair damaged or worn equipment and respond to faults.
(electrical, pneumatic and mechanical) Follows CMMS work request systems.
(Work Orders, PMs, and Installing QR codes on facility and warehouse assets).
Performs other maintenance duties as assigned.
Some overtime work is required periodically.
Qualifications Maintenance Technician Required Qualifications : Valid driver’s license.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Five years of industrial / manufacturing maintenance experience or a related technical degree or certification.
Time management and task tracking skills.
Understand and be familiar with 24V and 480V circuits.
Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley) basic programming and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Mechanical Components and Equipment.
Gearboxes, Bearings, 24vdc rollers, belting and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of Electromechanical Components.
Electrical panels, frequency converters (VFD), encoders, photocells, PLC, Safety Relays, I / O blocks, safety devices (light curtains) and motor controls.
Some overtime work is required periodically.
Maintenance Technician Preferred Qualifications : Welding / fabrication experience.
Robot teaching and troubleshooting preferred.
Experience in the automation beverage industry preferred (i.e.
Vertique) Competencies Interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills.
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Vertiview, CMMS) Work Environment This position will report to the Canton MS Facility and will be exposed to warehouse and outdoors conditions.

Travel Travel as needed throughout facilities in Mississippi and Kentucky, as well as to conference and / or training seminars to explore future technologies and gain additional knowledge and experience within the areas of automation and maintenance as it relates to the scope of the position.
