Job Details

Associate – Private Investment Funds & Institutional Investors

Key Responsibilities

Support private investment fund sponsors and institutional investors throughout fund formation, operation, and liquidation.

Assist with secondary transactions and co-investments.

Review and negotiate investment documentation for institutional investors.

Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to support investment transactions.

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing private funds and fund managers.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in private investment funds or institutional investor representation.

Familiarity with private fund structures and applicable regulatory frameworks.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective in team environments.
