- Team Composition : Physician, Supervisor, Nerve Conduction Technician, Medical Assistant, and Patient Registration Interviewer
- Work Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
- Patient Distribution : 90% Outpatient; 10% Inpatient
