Nature and Scope of Role

Continue your journey of ongoing development beyond your MBA by joining the Regal Rexnord General Management Development Program! Build your capabilities as you work towards a future senior leadership role in one of our global divisions. We'll help you get there through a series of high-impact roles, formal development, mentorship, and coaching that builds the skills you need to lead as a VP / GM. As part of the General Management Development Program, you will progress through three roles of increasing levels of responsibility, gaining exposure to different areas of our business. Career progression through these experiences will be strategically managed to best align your individual development needs and interests with overall organizational demand. Accelerate your career through roles focused on :

Customer

Product Management

• drive profitable revenue growth by creating and executing a product development and marketing roadmap for a physical or software / digital product portfolio within a business unit.

Sales / Marketing – drive commercial and product strategies to outpace market growth of defined segments.

Strategy and M&A

Business Development & Strategy – support the definition and implementation of the company's organic and inorganic growth strategy including supporting the annual strategic planning process and identifying, evaluating, and pursuing relevant M&A opportunities.

Continuous Improvement

Regal Rexnord Business System

Supply Chain – support material planning, inventory management, customer order fulfillment, internal process improvement, or general warehouse and distribution management.

Product

Operations – lead an Operations team that includes manufacturing, customer service, supply chain management, and operational excellence programs.

Compensation Details

$160,000 - $175,000

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
