A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize core technology platforms, focusing on Salesforce and related tools.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms
Assist in launching the Nonprofit Cloud for Grantmaking portal and support various teams with Salesforce dashboards and analysis
Provide cross-team support and training to optimize data workflows and improve user adoption
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering Salesforce (preferably NPSP)
Experience building and managing API integrations
Strong Salesforce Flow and process automation experience
Proficiency with tools like Zapier, Apsona, and DataBlend
Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, especially fundraising and CRM workflows
