Senior Project Manager - Workday (Contract, Atlanta GA - Hybrid)

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 4+ years of hands-on Workday project leadership experience , including implementations, optimizations, and integrations.

This consultant brings expertise in managing enterprise-wide cloud-based transformation initiatives , particularly across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules .

They have a proven track record of driving structured project delivery using Agile and Waterfall / hybrid methodologies , with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and change management . Certified in PMP, they also possess technical proficiency in Workday integrations and data migration , and are skilled in aligning cross-functional teams from HR, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless execution.

Hybrid - Open to on-site work in Atlanta (3 days / week) , must be local to Atlanta, GA.
