LHH has partnered with a Everett-based retail organization in the search for a Director of Accounting & Finance. Our client seeks a strategic, hands-on finance leader to oversee all accounting operations, provide financial insights to the executive team and board, and guide fun, hardworking and stable team!

Employment Type : Full-time

Location & Worksite :

Everett, WA

On-site in office Monday - Friday with

Responsibilities :

Lead core accounting and finance functions with strategic oversight

Manage workflows and reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models

Present financial insights to executive leadership and board

Oversee tax filings, internal controls, and defined contribution plans

Mentor and develop an accounting team

Qualifications :

10+ years of proven experience working for a mid - large size company as the Accounting & Finance leadership with a broad scope of responsibilities

CPA required

Strong GAAP, financial modeling, and reporting skills

Experience in operationally complex or multi location environments preferred

Ability to lead and develop teams

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Salary, Benefits, & Perks :

$134,000 – $187,000

PTO is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours per year

13 Paid Holidays and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave

Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law

Pay Details : $134,000.00 to $187,000.00 per year
