The pay range per hour is $21.75 - $37.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. Assets Protection (AP) teams function to keep our guests, team, and brand secure and lead through crisis events. They protect profitable sales by mitigating shortage risks, preventing theft and fraud to ensure product is available for our guest.

As an Assets Protection Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day most likely will include the following responsibilities :

• Support total store sales and increase profitability by ensuring products are in stock and available to our guests. We welcome and engage guests at the front of the store and on the salesfloor.
• Influence and validate physical security and safety processes; participate in store response and emergency crisis situations; create security plans for in-store events.
• Support your leader in educating teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures.
