About the Role

The Company is looking for a dedicated Vice President of Risk and Control Management to ensure robust operational risk and control coverage. In this pivotal role, you will engage in proactive control assessments, monitor corrective action plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational risk standards across the organization.

You will be at the forefront of overseeing regulatory exams, leading compliance projects that align local and corporate policies, and working closely with stakeholders to implement necessary regulatory changes. As a strategic advisor to the Senior Country Officer, your contributions will significantly influence the control environment across various business functions.

To succeed, you should bring approximately 7 years of experience in regulatory, risk, or business roles, with a strong focus on control disciplines. A solid understanding of capital market instruments, alongside exceptional coordination, analytical, and quantitative skills, is essential. Experience engaging with regulatory authorities will be advantageous.

We are looking for a BA degree holder who is fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent management, communication, and relationship-building abilities are crucial. Your capability to engage with senior management and collaborate with global teams will set you apart.

Key responsibilities include co-chairing the Local Control Committee, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, coordinating teams to address control gaps, and managing local regulatory engagements.
