• Roles & Responsibilities :
• Lead team and client through programming & design through construction administration on a variety of project types.
• Overseeing production work throughout all project phases.
• Leading the technical design aspects on a variety of projects
• Coordinate with consultants and assist the Project Manager in client and agency coordination.
• Mentoring junior staff on technical aspects of the profession
• Assisting Project Managers in developing contract / proposal tasks and budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or Bachelor’s of Architecture (B.Arch) from college or university.
• 5+ years’ of relevant experience
• Professional Architectural License (CA) preferred
• Expertise in all phases of the design, documentation and construction administration processes.
• Flexible to play multiple roles across varied project types.
• Experience with HCAI / OSHPD-3 / OSHPD-1 construction / design process, preferred
• Excellent architectural detailing skills
• Excellent management, organizational, negotiation, communication and decision making skills, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD
• Intermediate MS Office application skills
• Knowledge of federal, state and local building administrative codes relating to building projects
• Lifelong learner eager to share knowledge and mentor team members
