Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate and satisfactory answers
Assist in account setup and advocate for product features released by the partner
Document insights and recommend resources to improve partner workflows and customer experience
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer support and contact center environments
High proficiency in English, with a minimum C2 level on EFSET
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to schedules
Understanding of key performance indicators and metrics
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a compliant workspace
