Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Localization of New Data Centers

Review and assist in the development of electrical systems including layouts, single-line diagrams, HV / MV infrastructure, substations, and calculations.
Oversee and peer-review design consultants' deliverables to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Evaluate specifications, vendor compliance, and value engineering opportunities.
Create conceptual sketches for internal visualization and communication.

Operational Support

Lead projects addressing electrical issues, outages, and infrastructure improvements.

Analyze post-mortem reports and operational data to recommend reliability enhancements.

Develop fleetwide upgrade options and predictive failure models.

Construction Support

Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve engineering issues and improve standard designs.

Support dissemination of engineering bulletins and design updates.

Engineering Administration

Utilize internal platforms for issue tracking and resolution.

Prepare presentations and reports using standard office software.

Perform engineering calculations and evaluations using spreadsheet tools.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (PE license preferred).

5+ years of experience in electrical distribution systems and substations (up to 345kV).

Familiarity with mission-critical facility design and construction.

Proficiency in specifying electrical equipment and performing power system analysis.

Skilled in CAD / BIM and cross-disciplinary coordination (civil, structural, mechanical, IT, etc.).
