About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Neonatology Physician Assistant for a 42-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania starting Mar 1, 2026. This role offers a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend shifts with both day and overnight hours, supporting a high-acuity NICU. Candidates should be comfortable with a variety of advanced neonatal procedures and adaptable to varying shift needs.

- Schedule : Weekdays 7am-5pm, 4pm-8am; weekends 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am; 24-hour shifts also available. Ideally at least 7 days per month with flexibility to fill schedule needs. 6-month contract to start.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform intubations, umbilical artery and vein (UA / UV) placements, and PICC placementsConduct lumbar punctures and manage ventilatorsProvide care for a NICU with medical patients and additional surgical patientsCollaborate with the medical and surgical teams to deliver high-quality neonatal careMaintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility standardsAdditional Information
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications requiredNeonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certification requiredPennsylvania license requiredRoughly 3-month credentialing process prior to startBenefits
