Daily Responsibilities : One Call Resolution for customer inquiries Handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service Processing orders and payments accurately Assisting with asset protection and resolution of customer complaints Loading and unloading rental vehicles Required Skills : Call center experience Service sales experience Order processing and payment processing skills Customer support and complaint resolution abilities Strong relationship management skills Nice to Have Skills : Inbound / outbound calling experience Merchandising and housekeeping skills Cashier skills and reimbursement knowledge Salary and Benefits : Health insurance benefits are available for this position.
