Restoration Crew Chief - Fire / Mold

Job Title

Supervise and coordinate mold and fire restoration projects from start to finish. Manage and guide restoration technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules. Identify safety hazards, implement control measures, and enforce safe work practices. Document detailed job files to support restoration activities and client communications. Manage labor, consumables, and equipment efficiently on each project. Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service and professionalism.

Position Requirements :

Experience in mold remediation and fire restoration preferred. Proven leadership experience supervising crews in restoration or related fields. Strong written and oral communication skills; basic math and computer skills. High school diploma or GED required. IICRC certifications preferred. Valid drivers license. Ability to lift 50-100 pounds regularly with assistance, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals safely. Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary. Must successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
