The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive adult primary care, including wellness, acute, and chronic disease management

Create and manage individualized care plans based on evidence-based medicine

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care

Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and engage in quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Excellent clinical and communication skills
