Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Casa Companion Homecare Solutions in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care while enjoying the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Help with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed regimens.
Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Requirements

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of home health practices and patient care techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
