Our Solutions team is seeking Desktop Support Technician to support our global media & entertainment client as they move into their new office in Times Square. We are seeking a highly skilled and client facing Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting over 1,500 employees with all deskside support issues including SSO, O365, Outlook, Slack, Teams, mobile devices, network connectivity, etc. You will be onsite 4-5 days per week and handle all troubleshooting onsite with potential for supporting Hypercare model for remote support.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent client-facing personality, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details : The base range for this contract position is $30-35 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
