We are looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Longwood, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position within a thriving company specializing in manufacturing electronic components used in aerospace and aviation. The ideal candidates will excel in delivering attentive, high-touch service to business clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with accuracy and care.
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all data is entered correctly into the system.
- Maintain strong relationships with business clients, providing exceptional support tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Utilize Excel and other tools to manage and track customer information and orders.
- Handle customer concerns with high attention to detail, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
- Work on-site five days a week, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
- Adapt to the needs of a growing company, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.
- Previous experience in customer service within manufacturing or aviation industries is required.
- Familiarity with high-touch B2B customer service processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle complex customer issues with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in order entry and call management systems.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are highly desirable.
- Must be able to work on-site in Longwood, Florida, five days a week.
