We're seeking a Senior Drupal Developer with deep expertise in architecting, building, and maintaining enterprise-level Drupal websites. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of professional experience and a strong grasp of Drupal 9 / 10 / 11 , PHP, and modern front-end technologies. You'll play a key role in making architectural decisions, defining technical standards, and guiding implementation across multiple sites.

You'll partner with product owners, designers, and other technical leads to ensure platform consistency, performance, and compliance. This role balances hands-on development with thought leadership-driving best practices, guiding implementation standards, and mentoring developers across teams.

What You'll Do - In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include :

• Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise-grade Drupal solutions serving multiple business units.
• Establish and maintain Drupal architecture standards, coding guidelines, and reusable component libraries.
• Design and develop custom modules, themes, and integrations using PHP, Twig, and JavaScript.
• Define deployment and configuration-management workflows for multi-environment setups.
• Optimize site performance, caching, and scalability across global hosting environments.
• Partner with security, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to align Drupal deployments with enterprise policies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, hosting solutions, or frameworks to support modernization efforts.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and champion adherence to accessibility and security standards.
