A company is looking for a Manager - Workforce Services CDC (remote, temporary).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, performance monitoring, and compliance
Manage subcontractors and ensure project compliance with regulations and policies
Develop and implement operational policies and performance goals for staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management
3+ years of experience supervising or managing staff
Call Center experience is required
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
Must provide own computer equipment during training
