Responsibilities :

• Provide in-home care and supportive services to clients in a safe and respectful manner
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting independence and well-being
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services
