Customer Response Specialist

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Response Specialist to join the Customer Response Unit at a major Title Insurance client. The Customer Response Unit Representative serves as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, providing support related to title insurance services. This role requires prior experience in the title insurance industry and a strong understanding of title processes, documentation, and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems regarding title insurance products and services.
  • Communicate with escrow officers, title examiners, and underwriters to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to title production and closing.

Skills and Requirements :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the title insurance industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of title insurance terminology, documentation, and workflow.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title production software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
