Title : Guest Services Specialist

Facility : Bartow Regional Medical Center

The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for the following :

• Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests' liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System's hospital and the surrounding community
• Must possess advanced computer skills
• Will become proficient in all the following, as required : reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.

This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.
