Responsibilities :

Market bench consultants to clients and vendors

Build and maintain relationships with consultants and partners

Negotiate rates and close deals

Track submissions and follow up on interviews

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing)

Good knowledge of IT technologies and job portals

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience with H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens
