Compensation & Perks

Total Compensation : $23$28 / hr

Starting Pay : $19.00$20.00 / hr

  • Daily Tips (Cash + Card)
  • Monthly Bonuses : $250$800 / month (after 3 months)
  • $500 Driver Sign-On Bonus!

(Must be approved as a driver and complete 3 months of driving)

  • Raise eligibility 6 months after training

    • What Youll Be Doing

    Partner with a teammate to complete junk removal jobs

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
  • Drive company trucks (no experience needed we train!)

    • What Were Looking For

    Age 21+ with a valid, clean drivers license

  • Dependable and punctual
  • Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and stay active all day
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn well teach the rest!
