Director Quality

Position Overview :

Tap Healthcare is seeking an accomplished and driven nursing leader to serve as the Director of Quality in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate hospital-wide quality initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead efforts that drive measurable improvements in patient safety and outcomes. Required Qualifications :

Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license.

Seven years of healthcare experience with at least three years in a leadership role.

Bachelors degree in Nursing required; advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, MBA) strongly preferred.

Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success coordinating quality initiatives with proven outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) :

Previous experience working with regulatory agencies in an acute care environment.
