Job SummaryWe are seeking someone with restaurant management experience to join our team! As a part of the Restaurant Management team, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant
- Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Qualifications:- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
