Mold Maker / Machinist

Fabtronic Inc. is looking for a skilled Mold Maker / Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and maintaining molds used in the injection molding process. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality plastic components while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create and repair molds
• Utilize machining tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders to manufacture mold components
• Assemble and disassemble molds for maintenance and repair
• Inspect mold components and finished molds for quality and precision
• Troubleshoot mold issues and recommend adjustments or repairs
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure molds meet production requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Document processes and changes in mold designs as needed
