About the Team
Alaska Behavioral Health (AKBH) is proud that we can provide this much-needed service to individuals living in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley in our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Wasilla. The range of services provided at the CCBHC include crisis services; treatment planning; screening, assessment, diagnosis, and risk assessment; outpatient mental health and co-occurring substance use services; targeted case management; outpatient primary care; community-based mental health care for veterans; peer and family supports. Populations served include children, families, transition-age youth, adults, and military veterans.
CLINICIAN I - Unlicensed Clinician
Responsibilities
- Work on a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment planning, individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and other services driven client need.
- Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services.
- Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, families and adults.
- Participate in regular individual and group supervision, working towards licensure
- Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices
Qualifications
You have a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field. AKBH can assist with providing licensure on site for Unlicensed Clinicians.Pay Range is $66,445 to $85,990 depending on experience.This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonusEligible for quarterly incentive bonus based on activityPotential annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.CLINICIAN II - Licensed Clinician

You have a master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field.You're a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW required)Pay Range is $74,264 to $96,109 depending on experience.This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonusEligible for quarterly incentive bonus based on activityPotential annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.SENIOR LICENSED CLINICIAN

Earned Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from a regionally accredited university and an APA accredited program, or a Master's degree in social work and licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or a Master's degree in counseling and licensed to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or a Master's degree in marriage and family therapy and licensed to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).You have experience working with SED clients, and experience with providing trauma-informed careYou have 7-10 years clinical experience providing direct services as a psychotherapistYou have at least two years providing clinical supervisionPay Range is $87,952 to $113,823 depending on experience.This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonusEligible for quarterly incentive bonus based on activityPotential annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.Alaska Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
