A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success and Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Customer Success and Implementation functions, developing strategy and processes for a healthcare SaaS platform
Oversee customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful go-lives
Establish KPIs for retention, expansion, and customer engagement while building strong relationships with key customers
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or related fields, preferably in SaaS
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing customer-facing teams in healthcare or healthtech
Proven success in scaling customer success / implementation functions in a high-growth startup
Strong background in implementation project management with a focus on delivering on time
Experience with SaaS metrics and knowledge of Medicaid / Medicare-focused organizations is preferred
